This increased data entry time for some users. We have added a new system parameter that automatically adds a part which has been scanned to a repair order in Tech RO or Complete RO, or to a counter sale. | 7 | Services -> CompleteRO | Changed the way cGVs who do not display SRT labor times to techs then pass on the SRT as a charge time to FXG. Previously this had to be added manually by the manager, but now the SRT can either have it automatically assigned to the labor or leave it up to the manager to fill in. Please contact customer service if you would like to change your setting (When Security Key "Can See Labour Standard Hours" is disabled, the Standard Hours do not transfer over into the Charge Hours column for SRT's). | New Feature |
