Mobile App for Technicians: Initial Setup - Downloading the App
This article will walk you through how to download the EMDECS Mobile App on your phone or tablet.
Downloading the App
Depending on your device you will need to go to the app store to install the EMDECS Mobile App.
For Apple/iOS devices you will use the App store.
For Android devices you will use the Google Play store.
Once you are in the App store/Google Play store seach for EMDECS in the search field.
Below are 2 variations of what the app logo looks like. Select the app and click Get or Install.
On Apple/iOS it will look like this.
On Android it will look like this.
Once you've installed the app you can access it by clicking Open, or by clicking on the app icon within your application list.
