Part Usage History: Explained

The purpose of this article is to explain the Part History Usage screen located under Fleet-> History-> Parts . This screen will display all parts as it's own separate line from an RO created within a specified date range. 




Part Usage

The Part Usage History screen is preset to the default Repair location and the date range is 7 days back from the current date. An RO in any status that fits within the search parameters will be displayed. 




To be able to search all locations, highlight and remove the text and press Refresh


This screen is long and shows Financial Data to the right-hand side. Click on Display Totals to see the column totals.





This can also be downloaded in an XLS format by selecting Export

Click on Show Advanced Search to view all parameter options for this page










On Every History Screen


View


Columns

You can choose which columns are displayed in the On-Screen version of the report





Detach


Selecting Detach will open a pop-up to allow more of the information to be viewable in-system







Pressing Attach will return the screen to its previous format


Sort


Every column can be sorted by hovering over the header 





Advanced Sort will allow you to choose up to 3 rules to consider at once
